Welcome to the new website for Lopen Parish Council.
This site has been created to provide an accessible and up‑to‑date source of information about the council’s work, decisions and responsibilities. It replaces the former village‑centred website and now serves as the primary platform for council business, while still offering useful information about village life, local groups and community amenities.
This website brings together:
Council agendas, minutes and policy documents
Financial and governance information
Planning applications and parish updates
Details of local groups, amenities and community activities
Background on the parish and its heritage
The aim is to ensure that Council information is transparent and easy to find, while continuing to support residents and visitors with practical details about the parish.
